Return & Exchange Policy

RETURNS

You must return items within 7 days of receiving them, in their original, unused, and re-saleable packaging. We only accept exchanges, and you're responsible for the shipping costs associated with exchanging items.

Important: Please note that we do not accept returns or exchange of discounted items and customized and made-to-order items cannot be exchanged. We only allow one exchange occurrence.

The returns and exchanges are accepted at CHARINI , No. 55, Deanston Place , Colombo 3.

REFUNDS

There will be no cash refunds. Please note that if the item is in the original condition, you may have the price of the item as Store Credit.
